U.S. VACUUM PUMPS, INC provides repair and overhaul services for a wide variety of mechanical vacuum pumps and boosters. All pumps are rebuilt at our suburban Chicago location and each leaves
with a 90 day warranty. Pumps rebuilt undergo the following:
- Disassembly, inspection and cleaning
- Total replacement of all seals, bearings, gaskets & o-rings
- All other parts replaced as required, with customer approval, for an extra charge
- Two or more changes of hydrocarbon oil
- Complete test run for 24 hours
- Thorough draining & cleaning
- Painting & final tagging with rebuild information
